LaTaiya was born and raised in Georgia, where she developed a strong sense of community and a passion for helping others. Growing up, she stayed actively involved in cheerleading, an experience that helped shape her leadership skills, teamwork, and enthusiasm for mentoring others.

In her free time, she enjoys doing hair and giving back to the community by working with children and using her cheerleading background to coach and support local school teams. She finds fulfillment in helping young people build confidence, discipline, and school spirit. Outside of coaching, she values quality time with family and friends and makes it a priority whenever her schedule allows.

With 6 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry, LaTaiya has developed a strong foundation in customer service, resident relations, and community support. Her experience has equipped her with the ability to handle a wide range of situations with professionalism, patience, and care while always striving to create a positive living experience for residents, bringing her dedication, energy, and strong customer service skills to the team while contributing to a welcoming and well-maintained community.
