Flexible Payment Plan
Wesley Apartment Homes offers the Lease Term Flexible Payment Plan (“LTFPP”) at a low finance fee of fifty dollars ($50) to provide Residents an opportunity to pay their rental amounts in 3 payments during the subsequent rental month. These three payments must be made on 1st, 15th, and 25th of each month. Please reach out to your personal Leasing Consultant to learn more before signing up for this plan below.
If you Opt-In to the program below, you will be automatically enrolled for the subsequent month and remainder of your Residential Lease Contract and subject to the finance charges and all other Terms and Conditions.
If you are already enrolled and would like to Opt-Out of the program, please make sure you complete the Opt-Out form ON OR BEFORE the 27th of the month.
